Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called “PROCESSING YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS“ below.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We use remarketing services to advertise on third party websites. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

We use Google Analytics Advertiser Features to optimize our business. This Advertiser features includes:

  • Remarketing with Google Analytics
  • Google Display Network Impression Reporting
  • Double Click Platform integrations
  • Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting

By using these Google Analytics Display features, we are required to notify our visitors by disclosing the use of these features and that we and third-party vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) or other first-party identifiers, or other third-party identifiers together to gather data about your activities on our Site. The “Remarketing” feature allows us to reach people who previously visited our Site, and match the right audience with the right advertising message.

  • Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honour this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or are under common control.
  • Business Partners. We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions.

When you share personal information (for example, by posting comments, contributions, or other content to the Services) or otherwise interact with public areas of the Services, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly made available outside the Services in perpetuity. 7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF DATA

We have implemented measures to protect your personal information, including by using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between our group companies and between us and our third-party providers. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third-party service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request.

8. RETENTION OF DATA

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). 

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than twelve (12) months past the start of the idle period of the user’s account.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. 12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
